Ingredients
- Hazeldenes Smoky Maple Chicken Kebabs x 2 packs
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 carrot, finely shredded
- 50g snowpeas, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 2 tsp lime juice
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Salt flakes & freshly ground black pepper
- Scorched flat breads, to serve
Method
- Preheat a frying pan to medium and brush with a little oil. Cook the kebabs for approximately 15 minutes, turning regularly to ensure even cooking on all sides.
- For the slaw, combine the cabbage, carrot, snowpeas and coriander. Drizzle with lime juice and set aside.
- Mix the yoghurt with lime juice and season well.
- Serve kebabs with the slaw, yoghurt dressing and warm flatbreads.
TIP: Add some chopped jalapenos or chillis to the slaw if desired.
