Smoky Maple Chicken Kebabs with Slaw

Ingredients

  • Hazeldenes Smoky Maple Chicken Kebabs x 2 packs
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 carrot, finely shredded
  • 50g snowpeas, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt flakes & freshly ground black pepper
  • Scorched flat breads, to serve

Method

  1. Preheat a frying pan to medium and brush with a little oil. Cook the kebabs for approximately 15 minutes, turning regularly to ensure even cooking on all sides.
  2. For the slaw, combine the cabbage, carrot, snowpeas and coriander. Drizzle with lime juice and set aside.
  3. Mix the yoghurt with lime juice and season well.
  4. Serve kebabs with the slaw, yoghurt dressing and warm flatbreads.

TIP: Add some chopped jalapenos or chillis to the slaw if desired.
