Honey Pepper Free Range Chicken Kebabs with Egg Noodles

Ingredients
- Hazeldenes Free Range Honey Pepper Kebabs x 2 packs
- 250g dried egg noodles
- 2 baby bok choy, steamed and cut into quarters
- 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 1 birdseye chilli, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp light oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
Method
- Preheat a frying pan to medium and brush with a little oil. Cook the kebabs for approximately 15 minutes, turning regularly to ensure even cooking on all sides.
- Cook egg noodles to pack directions, add bok choy in the last 30 seconds of cooking. Drain noodles well and toss with the spring onions and chilli (optional).
- Whisk together the oils, lemon juice and soy sauce. Toss through noodles.
- Serve noodles with kebabs and springle with sesame seeds.
TIP: Use canola or sunflower oil as your light oil for the dressing.
