Cyber Incident Update 12 March 2026

Hazeldenes’ investigation into the recent cyber incident has confirmed data, including personal information, has been accessed.  Our review to date indicates the data impact is largely limited to historical operational and corporate information.

Through our routine monitoring today we have also become aware that cyber criminals have named Hazeldenes online and illegally shared data that was stolen from our environment.

We understand this news may cause concern for our community.

Hazeldenes would like to assure our community that we are taking all appropriate steps in response to this situation to protect our stakeholders that may be impacted by the incident. We have:

  •  Obtained the protection of a worldwide interim injunction in Australia. This prevents any stolen data from being accessed, viewed, released, transmitted, used or published by anyone.
  •  Implemented sophisticated monitoring systems to ensure we are aware of any further developments as they may arise.

Data impact

The data impact is largely limited to historical operational and corporate information.

We will contact impacted parties as required, to provide support and guidance.

Next Steps

We continue to work closely with external cyber security experts and relevant authorities, including the Australian National Office of Cyber Security, the National Cyber Security Coordinator and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

This update does not change our ability to supply our products as we continue a phased approach to return to regular production.

Hazeldenes has started a phased approach to return to production which will ensure our operations are restored safely and securely.

On Thursday, 19 February 2026, Hazeldenes began responding to a cyber incident.

Hazeldenes immediately started taking steps to contain the incident, engaged external cyber security experts, and notified relevant authorities.

The investigation into this matter remains ongoing.
